Abstract:	民國106年7月3日在權孙勞基顧問有限公司-管理部單位實習兩個月，在短短兩個月內，學習到相關人資行政人員的工作項目以及工作規則修改，有助於人資人員在選、用、育、留、才裡，如何選適當的人選，用合適的人，教育他的工作規範，留下好的人才。在管理部工作內容:管理部就是幫忙一些文書處理還有幫忙修改客戶所需的工作規則內容，讓工作規則可以通過勞動部的檢查，並且幫助客戶處理有關勞資糾紛的事情，讓客戶能更順利經營下去。
