Abstract:	大四的實習單位為宜家家居股份有限公司，實習期間為106年07月03日至106年8月25日，借由暑期實習期間學習如何待人處事，因為是在銷售部實習，以正面的態度接洽不同年齡層的顧客，並服務客人讓每位客人都有良好的購物經驗。在教育訓練方面，與新進同仁分享自身工作經驗，讓新進同仁能熟悉IKEA價值觀，讓工作進入軌道。在實習中磨練自己，在未來進入職場前提前做好準備。
