Abstract:	這是我在屋馬實習過程中的心得和歷程分享。屋馬是一間以幸福打造的企業，在服務客人的時候同時也希望我們在當中找到自己的價值，在崗位上我學會了菜口的堅定韌性、站區的服務熱忱、櫃檯的沉穩應變，崗位上得出來的心得未來也能讓我運用在各種工作方面上。處此之外還有介紹崗位上要處理的工作項目和公司的沿革。最後也有我的自己的實習日誌上面主要都是我自己本身的反思，並找出答案去解決。
