Abstract:	原先在桃源戶外有快一年的工讀經驗，藉由此次學校大四的企業實習讓我選擇繼續留在原本的崗位學習，還未到桃源戶外工作以前，從來很少接觸登山露營的我，到現在累積了一年半的經驗，讓我學習與吸收到許多有關登山露營、戶外活動的專業知識與認知，幫助我有更深入的了解，同時也學會許多銷售技巧及技能，讓我服務顧客能更上手。而最主要的工作是賣場整理、門市顧客服務以及銷售工作。協助賣場門市的檯面整理以及後場倉庫的整理，幫助上門的顧客尋找需要的商品，並且提供顧客相關問題的諮詢服務，這些途中也讓我學習到與顧客的溝通跟態度，滿足顧客的需求，也學習到人與人之間的相處，與同事間的合作與團隊的團結。
