Abstract:	藉由實習讓我提早適應了進入職場後的生活，在寶雅我學到了很多東西，像是磨練自己的抗壓性，還有控制自己的情緒和考驗自己的耐性，這些都是與許多不同的客人接觸過後的成長經驗，不管面對怎樣的客人，我們都要用微笑去面對，每位客人丟出的難題都是讓自己成長的考驗，在職場上要做的事情有很多，不再是像在學校裡的隨心所欲，要為自己的行為負責，也要承擔更多的責任，很多事情都要靠自己，不再像是在學校裡，不會的問同學問老師就好，在職場上不會的事情要自己想辦法並主動去詢問別人，要自己去找到解決的方法，然而職場上的人際關係也很重要，要懂的互相幫忙，人與人之間都是互相的，不管是在學校裡還是職場上。
