Abstract:	在選擇到全聯實習時，其實家裡的人都很支持，雖然在零售業相對之下是很辛苦的，但當初我選擇就讀行銷與流通管理系，就是對於門市服務業有相當大的興趣，全聯在台灣的零售產業也算是數一數二的公司，所以在能到全聯實習的時候還滿期待的。實習過程後，我發現全聯給予實習生有很多的資源，這也是我實習中最大的收穫，若畢業後留任的話，也給予不錯的待遇，我還記得在一次站機的時候挫折感很重，工作繁雜之外雞理還很兇，這讓我學習到遇到任何事情都要自己去學習著去解決，不是等著別人來教我們該如何去做，從中就可以讓自己學習到了更多，雖然當下真的是哭了好多回不過也提升了自己的抗壓性，要在這個社會上混一口飯是很現實的，唯有更精進自己才能站足自己的位子。
