Abstract:	在這一年我在屈臣氏實習過程中經歷過很多事情，從對服務業懵懵懂懂到如何對客人做出最好的知識講解，給客人最舒適的購物環境和在消費者對產品的任何疑問，展現出我們最專業的一面。同事相處也是工作上必修的課程，如何分工合作以最大效率做完事情，和同事也能培養默契，這樣工作上也能更愉快，一起合作賣OB展銷。參加實習後的我在工作上的態度改變了很多，也讓我離職場更進一步了，有了這次的磨練，隨時準備好踏入職場。
