Abstract:	在實習的這一年裡，我發現服務台跟我原先想的工作不太一樣，很多雜事跟業務要處理，可能是因為逛其他百貨的時候都看到服務台的小姐都無所事事的感覺，所以真的開始實習的時候有一度不想繼續下去，但我發現心態真的要做調適才不會有不平衡的感覺，所以我就告訴自己雖然在這工作很忙，業務很多，但是相對的我學到的東西就更多更廣，而且在未來求職上，如果真要走百貨專櫃的門市人員的話，也比較容易錄取，就這樣我也在這一年中也成長了很多。我覺得人生最難的課題就是如何處理職場上的人際關係了，在職場上跟在學校真的差很多，當然也會有一兩個跟自己不合的人，雖然大家都是成年人了，但是這種人還是會一直出現在未來的職場中，只能希望自己可以每當遇見這種人都能無所畏懼的對待他們。
