Abstract:	我選了屋馬這間公司來做為我實習的單位，當初只是覺得這邊薪水待遇不錯，所以面試完就去上班了。因為選擇外場，所以主要都是面對客人，公司很重視口號跟微笑，當然最重要的就是熱情，這是一個需要充滿熱情的工作，大家會用熱情來帶動每位員工和感染到客人身上，讓客人感受到我們滿滿的溫暖。轉眼間實習結束了，我開始回想自己在實習過程中遇到的任何事情，此時此刻才發現，學到了許多原先沒有預期的事情，例如與同仁們的溝通方式、餐點品質上的要求等，藉由蒐集文獻方式體悟實習的意義，這間公司讓我感受到的是這不只是一份責任制的工作，而是一個家的感覺。我對於人生未來的規劃，畢業之後會繼續在屋馬工作然後一邊存錢一邊學習我想學的事物，希望保有穩定的收入，可以去學習更多的經驗，讓自己的生活更加多采多姿。
