Abstract:	每個人人生當中沒成功這兩個字，沒有順遂也沒有一帆風順，而在過程中會遇到失敗和挫折但只要努力不怕失敗，從哪裡跌倒就從哪裡站起來有句話說:{失敗為成功之母}，只有自己努力才會成功，不要只想著別人成功，每個成功者的背後都是辛苦過來的，都是失敗中找尋目標。來到阿秋大肥鵝，讓我學到了很多的東西，讓我知道不是做什麼事都是安安穩穩的過日子，要有付出才會有所成就，付出和成功是成正比，當你都不付出是不會達到成果，也不要整天怨天尤人，做多少事情會得到多少回報，我在公司主管交代給我的任何事情我都盡我的能力範圍之內把它完成。
