Abstract:	在學生生涯邁入尾端之後，大四校外實習對我來說是一種新的里程碑，我沒接觸過工廠的相關經驗，所以很多的地方不太了解，不過提早進入職場學習一些不一樣的東西讓我未來面對工作能夠更快地上手，讓自己對於工作都能馬上掌握，學習應對如何解決問題，借由平常在職場上累積的工作經驗，和老闆廠長的教導，這些經驗不是在學校能夠學習到的。要在實習的過程中學習成長，學習、處理、面對，是我在實習中最大的收穫,在實習過程中讓我學習如何自我成長更加進步。且實習讓我更快適應社會與職場，面對現實的社會,在未來我將面對許多更不一樣的挑戰。
