Abstract:	本實習報告書，介紹在來來超商股份有限公司(OK超商)的實習動機與目的，將校外實習的經驗累積與分享，以實習專題的寫作方式來說明。校外實習在於學習課堂上以外的事物，能夠增廣見聞，學習如何解決各種遇到的狀況以及難題，訓練自己應對的能力。在實習中遇到挫折並不可怕，可怕的是自己沒有面對挫折的勇氣，藉此校外實習培養自己承受挫折的能力，相信自己有能力克服困難。
