Abstract:	本次三明治實習計畫是王座餐飲股份有限公司旗下的銀座杏子日式豬排台中文心家樂福店。實習日期為106年7月1日至107年5月15日止，實習時數大約為1560小時。品牌精神要求「真實的美味」挑戰只有真實的食物才具備的美味、「替人著想的心」創造能夠感動顧客的待客與店舖、「安心．安全」的食材選擇具備鮮度與安全性的食材、「職人的心」提升面對工作的真心，知識與技術。
