Abstract:	人生中必須上過兩個「中學」，才能突破困境。一個是「做中學」，另一個則是「挫折中學」。許多新人進入業界時總是戰戰兢兢，深怕發生任何一絲差錯事業就會毀於一旦。而自己選擇了業務性質的工作，一部分原因是因為自己親人有在裡面，一部份是因為想要挑戰自己能不能以業務工作做為自己一個人生工作目標。也想要在銷售與服務的過程中學習，發現自己做錯的事都請記錄下來，思考該如何改進後寫下執行方案，並化為行動。如此，才能避免重蹈覆轍，進而做好自己選擇的工作。
