| Abstract: | 隨著週休二日的實施，帶動國民旅遊風潮，再加上進入小客車租賃業之門檻大幅降低，更吸引各大金融機構、汽車經銷系統及一般企業紛紛投下各種資源進入小客車租賃市場，使小客車租賃業如雨後春筍般蓬勃發展，因此，小客車租賃業為求生存而尋求不同的經營策略已是生存發展之必需，本文將探討公家單位長租部「以租代買」的價值，以及安全合約內容探討，和傳統產業與現代化商業經營模式結合方式，讓未來公司在這方面有重要的參考價值文獻。 |
