Abstract:	三商巧福是一間大家都知道的連鎖年肉麵店，這次實習選擇了這間店，原因是因為對他的經營方式和想知道怎麼有辦法屹立不搖的開了三十幾年人潮卻絲毫沒有退燒。從暑假前開始到這上班，經歷了暑期實習然後學年實習我收穫良多也讓我得到了這次實習我想得到的答案，不管是他們的員工教育,點貨品叫貨品到備料出餐和銷售技巧都是有一套 SOP 流程，他能撐這麼久的原因我想跟這些都有關。
