Abstract:	本專題的目的，對電場現象作一探討；另一方面，由於現有的電場強度量度時只能採用在電流方面的考慮。所以在此提出討論直接由電位的觀點來製作一量度電場強度儀錶。利用兩塊一樣平行的銅片或者鋁片，再由量度儀錶學的觀點逐步加以製作，最後，並以對輸電線下的強度作為量度實例且與計算結果比較來驗證本機作檢討。
