Abstract:	我的實習在台中港酒店服務中心，其實在這裡要學的東西並不困難，只要將文書相關處理工作學會，接下來就是面對顧客提出的相關問題，服務人員將如何解決，在這邊我學到很多如何臨機應變方法，以及因為在飯店工作當中遇到許多外國客人，我的外語能力也進步很多，在飯店我們也會跨部門參加教育訓練，所以其實在飯店相關工作中能夠學到很廣泛的東西，而不是單一式的工作流程，經歷過一年的實習經驗之後，未來到其他飯店業相關工作就能夠得心應手。
