Abstract:	透過學校所媒合的廠商，我選擇是家樂福的收銀，在過程中，最重要的是學會如何面對客人的需求，能自己幫助客人解決的問題就盡量靠自己去處理，應對能力也是很重要，實習對我的未來有幫助，就算是與以後的工作性質不相關，我也學習到了人與人的溝通技巧，也增加很多的專業知識，所以我覺得去校外實習真的很重要也很有幫助。而要重視團隊合作精神，在職場上與人交往、累積人脈，更要時時把握學習的機會，充實自己、投資自己，才能提升自我價值，這樣出社會至少也有點基礎。
