Abstract:	在現代國際化的社會中，光是只有學習教科書上的知識與學校所學的專業領域是不足的，所以透過實習，踏入日本職場，親身體驗，才能夠真正了解日本當地職場、文化、習慣等，並將在學校所學的日語能力與專業知識學以致用，不僅在就學期間充實了自己的經驗，畢業後也能快速進入職場生活。本文內容是在介紹實習的單位、實習內容以及實習心得與建議。
