Abstract:	本實習是以盈錫精密股份有限公司為對象，實習的內容主要以人資部門和生產部門為主軸，藉由企業的實習，更有助於了解企業的產業特色，在公司分別給們不同的工作內容，學習各部門的知識領域，還能觀察公司對員工的作法，這是很值得我學習的地方，讓我累積不同的經驗，在未來的職場上也能更快得進入狀況。
