Abstract:	現代年輕人不願意接觸傳統行業，以至於目前傳統產業面臨缺才、沒人願意做的窘境。剛好藉由學校實習，又在因緣際會下，透過親戚介紹來學習「網版印刷」的技術，在全自動化逐漸取代人工的狀況下，要怎樣在自動化與人工之間取得平衡，以及為印刷業開闢一條新的道路，是值得我們深思及探討的。
