Abstract:	有巢氏房屋在台灣是一個很有名的房仲品牌，他們的品牌理念，一直都是幫客人找到心目中最理想的房子，雖然近年來因為土地法規的變動，以及不動產的調漲，又因經濟不景氣，房仲業這個行業的趨勢已經越來越不利了，可是我還是選擇來這裡嘗試，來到這裡實習之後，店內都會有一位大哥帶著我，看著他們如何做不動產的物件表，如何跟客戶應對談買賣，跟著他們四出亂晃，到處看地看房子，熟悉環境，這當中我也考了房仲的專業銷售員證照，來這裡實習，真的收穫良多，學習到了很多以前沒有機會接觸了解的事情，很慶幸有這樣的機會可以來這裡實習，因為這次的實習，我覺得我自己又成了許多，雖然這過程當中很苦，但我覺得是值得的，很珍惜在這裡所發生的一切，讓我對房仲這個業務及不動產更加的了解許多。
