Abstract:	藉由這1年實習除了讓自己先踏入職場做個暖身、提早接觸社會並且強迫自己習慣壓力。這次比去年暑假多出半年的時間，在這過程也遇到許多第一次的問題等著去面對、解決。雖然工作都是從打掃房間開始，但是跟我去年暑假待的有很多的不同，有許多小細節的地方需要去注意。透過飯店的前輩們以自己的親身經歷來教導我們新進員工：什麼是正確的觀念、態度以及問題來臨時該用什麼想法去面對…等等。還需要擁有獨立思考的能力及強而有力的執行力，培養員工成為多方面人才。本専題主要介紹徳島グランヴィリオホテル實習狀況以及工作內容，認識到了在日本飯店的運作、服務日本人的態度或是遇到問題時該如何讓客人心滿意足。
