Abstract:	了解到一間餐廳要運行的順暢並非容易，不是表面上看起來的那麼容易，在那光鮮亮麗的外表下，其實隱藏了許多辛苦的汗水和付出的心力，除了要提早到準備，還要在結束後收拾東西，雖然很辛苦，但這些對我來說又是另一種經驗。
