Abstract:	選擇石二鍋的主要原因是因為王品集團完善的福利制度，同時對員工也有一定的要求，在每一個階段有各自需要上課學習的地方，因此想透過在石二鍋這段時間的實習習得更多專業知識，並且希望在實習期間學到的一切未來能夠活用在工作上，甚至能夠幫助自己朝著經營一家店的目標邁進。
