Abstract:	我從大一的目標就是去日本海外實習，因為想讓自己的視野拓寬，認識別國，的文化、歷史、特色，也想讓自己在大學的生活留下美好的回憶。我實習的地方是在日本長野縣的上諏訪しんゆ飯店。上諏訪最有名的景點是我們飯店前面的諏訪湖(圖1-1)，2016年紅遍全球的電影「你的名字」的系守湖就是在諏訪湖取景的。
