Abstract:	優秀的保險業務員可以隨時就保戶生活週期及經濟環境的變化，適時調整保戶所購買的保險商品，以便適應階段性保障與終身保障。因為保戶非專業人員，如何有效地行使保險契約之權利與義務，以因應生活環境的變遷與維護契約繼續有效，便是保險業務員之首重要務，本次實習以職場體驗、職場收穫至實習成果。提升學生實務及專業能力與經驗本次校外實習的目的是，讓我們提早瞭解到未來進入職場、企業工作的環境與應有的態度，在職場倫理中應該如何與同事溝通，使團隊合作更和諧、增加公司績效、讓同仁朝向共同目標邁進。
