Abstract:	製冷性能與冷卻水的溫度有關.水溫越低,半導體製冷器的製冷效率越高,製冷溫度越低.當冷卻水溫度為17 ℃時,水冷半導體小冰箱很快達到冷凍.建立了水冷式半導體冰箱的製冷模型。
