Abstract:	生活當中各種物體何處不是螺絲釘，使用很是廣泛且取得又容易，時常容易未對準而持續使用，導致其起子頭紋路與螺絲頭崩牙，以致變的更容易脫牙，汰換率實在非常高又是生活當中必需品。製作十字型起子頭不僅僅是考驗自己的畫圖的功力及設計，主要設計出的可行性及實用性，藉由適當的熱處理、表面處理以期提高十字頭強度硬度。
