Abstract:	起初進入修平科技大學，就已經知道有海外實習的的項目，就一直朝著這個目標去前進，因為本身很喜歡英文，但又因基礎不夠，所以想讓自己獨自處在一個需要用英文溝通的環境快速成長，也能增加自己的視野，對我來說語言是一件重要的事，更是我對於未來的工作方向一個重要的道路。在實習的路上，從一個連跟同事溝通都有問題的女孩，漸漸地可以溝通及獨自完成工作上的事項，從害怕與客人對談，到現在可以自然的應對以及達到顧客滿意。從一開始只能對談公司的工作事項到現在大家感情很好可以互相分享心情，能談心，也漸漸的學會如何在聊天軟體上用打字的與他們溝通，很開心能在新加坡學習，也認識了一群志同道合的夥伴。
