Abstract:	本次三明治教學計畫實習公司為寶雅國際股份有限公司，此公司位於台中市沙鹿區光華路上。而寶雅生活館為全台第一家以『美妝雜貨專門店』股票上櫃之大型零售通路商，陳列商品共有四萬個品項，提供消費者最方便、最齊全、最專業的購物選擇。在寶雅實習過程中，我是收銀人員，負責服務台及收銀結帳，雖然少數到門市幫忙，但卻也有學習到對顧客的應對能力及如何與同事們相處，這些都已增加許多經驗值，相信這些經驗對我是有幫助的，也讓我了解服務業的特性，如何讓顧客滿意。
