Abstract:	這次的實習過程中，每天都會學習到不一樣的技能。內容提到實習單位的歷史、現況與環境分析，以及我在實習過程當中所學習到的作業流程與顧客的應對，遇到問題時是解決而不是逃避，能在進職場前就可以在這樣的大環境下工作，讓我每天上班都能學習以及觀察到一些工作上或者是與人溝通的小技巧，也逐漸的精進自我。但未來還是希望能去嘗試不同領域的工作，得到更多經驗與人脈的累積。
