Abstract:	從 108 年七月二日到 109 年五月十五日，在築間北屯旗艦店將近十一個月的實習裡，我從這學會了要如何應對各種狀況、學習了許多食品的廠商和使用方式，也更了解火鍋店的營運方式，而系上能給我們這一個實習的機會，我想目的主要是，要幫助我們這一群學生能提早體驗職場、熟習職場環境和了解自己未來是否適合這一產業，這不但可以讓我們比其他學生提早一年為未來做準備，更可以讓我們利用在校外實習的過程中，發現到自己原來所不知道的事情，多學習一些經驗與知識，讓我們瞭解將來在職場上可能會遇到的問題與困難，此項實習能夠提早提升我自己的工作能力，更可以達到學以致用的目的，並且，提早讓自己思考適合哪些工作，這對於日後真正踏入社會職場的我們真的會有很大的幫助，也可以培養我自己的抗壓性、情緒控管的能力和應變處理的能力之類的
