Abstract:	此次實習是在金色三麥股份有限公司台中市政店實習，實習期間為108年7月1日~109年5月15日，工作內容不外乎在廚房內場的備料與出餐相關事項，例如:切菜、洗菜、備料、出餐、清潔…..等事項，而我們的廚房已經被分成切區、炸區、烤區爐區四區，我最集中在炸區與切區的工作範圍，最熱銷的商品也在炸區，像是椒麻雞是我們最熱銷的商品之一，在出餐的過程也很注重速度與品質，在金色三麥非常注重餐點的品質與衛生，畢竟是通過國際食品衛生安全認證(HACCP)所有東西都以最高原則在執行，在生活當中，吃是對人來說非常重要的一環，衛生相對也是人們最注重的，在金色三麥的高標準作為參考值，相信在顧客挑選飲食方面也給大家做了一個很好的榜樣。我的工作也非常的注意衛生，像是生熟食不可交叉汙染，或是生菌數的問題，都是在金色三麥學到的東西，也對我在往後的工作獲益良多。
