Abstract:	本次專題報告的題目為螺帽製程與技術探討，在製程的部分會介紹螺帽的種類、牙型、特性、作動方式、循環系統，還有說明螺帽是怎麼從原胚料經過車床、銑床、熱處理、研磨等等加工程序製作出完成品的螺帽，最後如何與螺桿組裝搭配成高精度的成品，以及在各個製程中所需要注意的事項跟步驟，以此來保證每一顆螺帽都是毫無瑕疵的送到客戶手中，技術探討的部分則是講解研磨時在工件轉速與進給率不變的情況下，打砂的速率搭配主軸轉速對工件進行加工而形成表面粗糙度的關係。
