Abstract: 現今,平價實惠的小吃店,在我們的日常生活中已經成為不可或缺存在了。然而在度過大學生活將近兩年的觀察中,明明同樣是小吃店,為何這家鮮見麵店能夠吸引單單經過此麵店的行人之目光?因此,透過這次的實習機會,除了能親自體驗小吃店的工作流程、了解鮮見麵店的行銷手法,以及在這個過程中,找到自己在未來職場上的長處。
