Abstract:	這一次是配合學校的三明治校外實習課程，系上栽培我們大一到大三，幫助我們扎根，到大四而讓自己準備好才得以選擇，琳瑯滿目的實習單位，學校採取與職場相互學習的方式，進行十個月的校外實習，最主要的目的是讓我們快速的與社會接軌。而這是我選擇花翎旅行社來做實習單位，實習工作內容是領隊，主要是負責帶高中、國中、國小、社課，的一日遊或露營訓以及三天兩夜的畢業旅行。目標在於學習較好的應變能力以及人際關係，將在學校所學的應用在職場上，能夠學以致用。
