Abstract:	一般的數控工具機只靠噴切削液的裝置，若在加工過程中不噴切削液，無法將切屑排除，加工裝配時間及成本也增加不少。加上現代的人也越來越重視環保，因此本計畫書CNC銑床吸屑螺帽就是改善這個問題，在微量切削時的切屑將以空氣力學的原理將切屑排出，切削的過程中切屑會因螺帽的設計由下往上產生吸力將切屑吸出。本研究完成機械螺帽的設計透過流場模擬與實績操作驗證具有吸削功能對以往的機械加工多了便利性以及穩定性，也大大降低了加工時間和切削劑提升加工效率。
