Abstract:	經過學校與合作企業的媒合，獲至南星科技有限公司(瘋桌遊南屯店)實習，實習時間為明國109年7月7號至8月28號止，實習內容主要為經營與課程規劃設計，在實習過程中，了解到了，如果想要一家企業永續經營必須下一大很大的功夫，例如需先了解客人的需求與問題，才能推薦適合他們的東西，不是為了賣東西才推給客人而是客人適合且需要，再來為課程設計，課程設計從無到有，要經歷過很多的評估與考量，因為每次的活動與人群都是不一樣的，要找出適合活動的主題以及活動要如何進行，這些都是實習期間實際接觸到的東西，很多事情從課本上看是很容易，但自己親身經歷過後才發現並非所想的那麼簡單與容易執行。
