Abstract:	藉由這次的實習機會，從中找到自己不足的地方，以及學習鍛鍊自己在社會的經驗，了解各行業的運作模式，盡情的發揮長處，在學習過程中，很多時候容易受到一些挫折，但不斷的學習，還有夥伴們不斷的幫助，從一般的員工一步一步成為帶領者，也很謝謝公司給於的機會讓我展現。
