Abstract:	大學四年很快就結束了，在實習的這段期間學到很多以往在學校沒有教到的道理，也讓我更加了解社會與學校的不同．這一年我在新時代服務台學習到很多事情，商場內的所有大小活動，處理顧客的疑難雜症，以及如何跟顧客做溝通應對，學習到說話的技巧．實習後讓我更清楚明白自己適合什麼樣子的工作，這份工作也讓我累積一個經驗，原來步入職場並不是我們想像中的那麼簡單．
