Abstract: 本研究是以迅銷集團的UNIQLO、GU兩者品牌為主要探討對象。其結果發現,兩者有同異處,即(1)兩者都是以「主張」、「使命」、「價值觀」、「行為準則」作為經營的理念;(2)在行銷策略上, UNIQLO以「尊重男性消費者」、「期間限定的壓力」、「日本國民品牌,店裡的商品男女老少都看得到」及「設計質感」作為行銷策略;而GU則是「抓住消費者需求,機動調整店內商品」及「打破性別界線,Unisex(男女通用)服飾直線成長」。
