Abstract:	全家便利商店（簡稱全家）是日本跨國連鎖便利商店FamilyMart在臺灣的經營體系，成立於1988年8月18日，為FamilyMart在日本以外的第一個據點，由日本FamilyMart與泰山企業等共同合資經營，成立時就以加盟店為主要經營方針。全家便利商店雖然是超商的老二，但全家讓我充滿興趣，讓我覺得怎麼進步，不管是實體的還是電商的要如何追上老大的腳步。
