Abstract:	十二段火鍋台中火鍋實在太競爭，舉凡最多人排隊的輕井澤鍋物、萬客什鍋、湯棧及隱鍋等，這間從彰化開來台中的火鍋店，主打裝潢高質感、平價消費，不僅這樣台中十二段火鍋位置都很特別，不開在台中市區，反而以沙鹿、太平、大里，太平為主~ 在顏先生多年餐飲經驗及用心耕耘下，所累積出對消費者用餐喜好及趨勢的靈敏度，近而於2013年創立火鍋新品牌十二段鍋物，裝潢風格擷取中國龍的元素融入日式竹的禪風，採用石及水營造園林之美，提供顧客優雅舒適的用餐環境及平價美味的鍋物。
