Abstract:	在現今當下是個資訊高度發展的年代，大多數的產業和公司，為了方便管理公司內部和外部大大小小的事物，會使用行政系統來加強管理，使得管理公司事務時方便許多，但也因此出現了許多行政系統無法處理的缺陷和問題，所以本專題主要研究在中小型企業當中，使用知識管理資訊系統來輔助運營發展以及使用，是否在中小型企業當中能夠增加公司的行政管理效率，達到人事行政成本都能夠減輕，也透過知識管理資訊系統和行政管理系統的結合，來彌補公司當中一般行政系統的管理缺陷，也方便公司的管理人員和員工能透過知識庫了解公司的文化和理念，一起建立良好的企業文化和未來發展共創美好未來。
