Abstract:	透過這次的校外實習，從 111 年七月四日到 112 年五月十五日，我在先喝到中友店將近十一個月的實習裡，本次的實習機會讓我親身體會餐飲服務業真的是非常辛苦，在實習過程中，不僅學習到該如何面對客人的要求，也需遵從上司的指示，面對各方的壓力，磨練自己的耐心及能力，還有待人處事的態度。
