Abstract:	我實習的單位是在楓康超市青海店實習，實習組別是在蔬菜組學習，一剛開始到楓康實習的時候什麼東西不會，就是我們家組長慢慢的教我把工作流程變快，我也慢慢的摸索組長教我的速度以及工作流程，歷經了十個月多實習我也在楓康學了不少東西，我在蔬菜組也可以獨立完成所有的工作，甚至還會跟顧客溝通還會跟我們同事之間互動配合，也是在工作之中遇到困難的時候也會幫助我們。雖然服務業是一非常辛苦的工作，我也畢業後還會留下來繼續服務。
