Abstract:	Café & Meal MUJI以提供天然健康飲食及舒適用餐環境聞名，重視人文關懷、自然環保，強調以簡約生活為目標，追求平衡的生活方式、重視食物來源的品質和健康。本文針對Café& Meal MUJI的相關內容，探討新進員工教育訓練的議題，並提出優化建議。在經過研究後，發現新人訓練切分太細、內容繁複、一起訓練的人員太多、太嚴格等問題，因此建議在教育訓練流程實施及方式上進行改善。可以考慮將訓練內容簡化、分批進行，增加實際操作練習的時間，並針對不同的員工進行差異化訓練，以提高新進員工的培訓效果。
