Abstract:	本研究之目的在探討脫力系療癒角色的特質中，在個體、群體到行為，讓人被吸引的魅力是哪些特質有關。藉由舉例的角色：拉拉熊(リラックマ)、蛋黃哥(ぐでたま)、布丁狗(ポムポムプリン) 、喜相逢貓(ししゃもねこ)、烤焦麵包(こげぱん)來依序介紹由來、外型、動作、個性是什麼樣的讓人感到放鬆及療癒的存在。本研究同時對19世紀末開始的「寬鬆世代」進行社會現象調查。當代年輕人普遍抗壓性低，會尋求各式各樣的紓解管道的這個行為，認為脫力系療癒角色對於抒解壓力需求、購買心理。如何讓人放心把精神寄託在角色們身上是個值得探討的研究。此研究的成果對於未來脫力係療癒角色和心靈慰籍的相關研究深具啟發意義，並將有助於紓解壓力及尋求安心感的問題解決。
